Premium Memberships
For right now, the Extraction Closed Beta is restricted to the following groups:
- YT Members
- Twitch Subscribers
- Patrons
- Nitro Boosters
- VIP
Yes, this does paywall the game for right now, but there's a reason: I'm AFRAID of running this event fully public while I'm still working on it, and restricting this group helps me keep things manageable while making it as easily accessible to a lot of people.
While the core gameplay loop of Extraction is complete, with Beta City being the currently only available raid, there is still a ton to do. Things like fixing the postgame holograms, or solving the storage issue or making crafting more intuitive will take a bit more time. This way I can find what is working and what isn't quickly from your feedback (and let me hear that feedback please) and solve it as fast as possible, interrupting as few people as possible.
I expect to be updating Extraction DAILY, sometimes multiple times a day adding new features and fixing the bugs you all find. That will help me make this game the best it can be while the Bakery team (who built this AMAZING CITY <3) have the time to finish the rest of the map so you all can get the proper experience!
Extraction is my baby - I want to have this succeed. I can't wait for as many people possible to play it, but it needs to be fully ready, and this is a half step to that.
So, now what?
Now I get back to work! I have a bunch of things to fix, as well as new things to add like Vault Storage, High Roller Runs, and preparation for the full map release!
Beta City represents only 5% of the final map size - I wasn't kidding when I said this game was big.
