Hello all!
Just a quick post to let you all know that the server network will be down TOMORROW, July 18th, for us to update the entire network to 1.21 support.
This will prepare us for the the launch of SMP Classic, some big stability and functionality improvements, and more! Let's chat about it.
SMP Classic
The upgrade to 1.21 also means we can finally launch SMP Classic! This expanding world brings a more vanilla approach to our SMP Projects! To talk more about it here's TNT, who's been leading development on this server:
Hello! SMP Classic has been in planning and development for quite awhile now, and it is finally ready to be made public! This SMP is going to give players a more vanilla-like experience than SMP+ does. Aside from basic features like chest locking, a basic built-in diamond economy, and chest shops, the server should feel like a classic vanilla adventure!
Oh, and a couple more things before we move on. There will be a 4000 x 4000 block world border at the start of the server, which will gradually expand over time. This is to encourage players to interact with each other and develop interconnected areas. On top of this, the end will be closed for the first couple weeks so people don't speed ahead too quickly in terms of progression. An official opening date will be announced after the server opens.

Extraction 1.1.2
Extraction will be getting it's first map evolution with this update, including some strange reality anomalies in the southeast quadrant that might require some investigation. Who knows what you might find??
Additionally, we have some other stability bugfixes across the board as well as some interesting new structures popping up across the whole map! Jump on in to see what else as changed in the space as the world of Extraction will continue to change.
Additionally - the Extraction build event server will end during this downtime, so finish up your builds now!
